came to dealership to look at jeeps dave came out and and answered all my questions with a smile had a trade that i thought was worth more than i got but that is normal with car dealers got the jeep i wanted even though financing was a challege (do to my own fault) but your people got me through it as best as they could all in all i am very happy with purchase and dealership would definitly reccomend dave and all who helped me out thanks again tunkhannock auto mart randy adams

The service I experienced was very good and I would certainly recommend Tunkhannock Auto Mart and our sales representative, Derek Guiton, to others. I walked-in to the showroom not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly suprised as Derek was able to put me in the vehicle I was interested in at a price that was quite reasonable.

Upon arrival, promptly taken in for service,exactly as scheduled. Steph was courteous and explained all that was to be done. Work was completed in no time at all,and I was on my way. Great customer service all the way from start to finish.

This is my third car bought from the Auto Mart and my experience was amazing as usual. Matt was a friendly and knowledgable salesman and helped me through the entire buying process. There were no secrets. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I would recommend the Auto Mart for anyone looking to buy a new car.

Stephanie Carney referred us to Eddie to purchase my husbands used (very slightly!)2010 Dodge Ram 3500 in the spring of 2011. We were very happy with the purchase experience and came back to purchase a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in July 2011. Again the purchase experience was pleasant. Everytime I go here, everyone is very nice! The only reason I gave an O.K. for price is B/C inqured about getting the Oil Change Package before my appointment but upon check-out I didnt get charged for it or asked if I was still interested in recieveing it. I had three children with me so my mind was quite busy that day. I suppose I felt like I should have been asked if I still wanted the package. When I had time to sit down to review my charges, I called back to inquire about why I didnt recieve the package and Stephanie said it was because I didnt confirm that I wanted it. Shouldnt the bill be reviewed with the customer before they leave? Thanks!

I could not have asked for a better sales rep. Jessie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. She is also quite patient-I was at the dealership over 5 hours going over my list of "must-haves" for my new vehicle. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Jessie. She was not at all forceful like most sales reps, which is a huge turn off. I would have walked right out of the dealership if she was. We will definately be back to see Jessie next June for a new vehicle for my wife.
