jessie was very friendly and helpful when I came to look at the truck I bought .I was only there for not even a minute befor she came out to help me . Jessie was very easy to deal with and she was great through the whole deal and I will be recomending her to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We have purchased 3 new trucks from Eddie and would...

We have purchased 3 new trucks from Eddie and would recommended him to anyone. He is honest and trustworthy and always gets things done. Even when I had a vehicle that I did not purchase from them, I was treated fairly and recieved very good service. Most of the service people are excellent and have the same standard of customer care as the sales team. I have however encountered a rather curt service woman on more than 1 occassion.

Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was on the lot and available. He really took time and was not pushy at all about making a sale. He went the extra mile to deal with the insurance company for us. Look forward to working with him again on the next car.

Service overall was great, very informative. Answer all my questions and helped me understand what need to be done. May sure I was awear of all the work they were doing before servicing my vehicle. Didn't do anything I didn't ask for. Made sure to go over my bill with me before I paid so I understood what I was being charged for.

Joe was strait forward and honest.I had already picked...

Joe was strait forward and honest.I had already picked the truck I wanted he let me know what was available as far as coverages and we moved on.Joe asked me when I wanted to close the deal told him right now well needless to say within 2 hours drove my new truck home that is pretty impressive I would say.

Our experience with the service department at Tunkhannock Auto Mart was very Good. I especially apprecieted Stefanie Carney as with each phone call she identified herself immediately, was very well versed and explanned every step of the work that was done on our Jeep Cherokee.

We've purchased 4 vehicles from Tunkhannock Auto Mart - 3 of them from Eddie Schwarztrauber. He has always been friendly and helpful, and has gone above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. When my husband wanted to purchase a new truck, Eddie took the order. We wanted to surprise him for his birthday, by adding a few extras that would make his life easier. One phone call to Eddie, and he took care of it. And, to add icing on to the cake, Eddie got his truck in, in time for his birthday. He is awesome!!! We have recommended Tunkhannock Auto Mart and Eddie, to all our friends who are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Only reason I gave a lower rating for customer service is...

Only reason I gave a lower rating for customer service is because it took FOREVER to get through the purchase of our Jeep. We were left sitting several times, and even went for lunch at one point. Shouldn't have to take over four hours to buy a vehicle
