First, I am very happy with my Jeep so far. LOVE satellite radio. I appreciate Joe's patience with me. I understand his goal is to sell cars and it took me several weeks to come to that end. He kept in contact, but did not overly pester me with whether or not I was ready to buy. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay a little more than the original numbers we hashed out, but again, I took my sweet time in coming to a decision and was still able to recieve a rebate and end up with a "reasonable" car payment. This is my first new car in a decade - I vacillate from being exctied to experiencing buyer's remorse. The day I received my car was quite an experience. I appreciate that Joe was willing to drive to Scranton in the rain to pick up my vehicle, but the paperwork and the wait was quite long. Maybe an offer of some coffee or at least someone to come an explain that the place was very busy that day and why I had to wait would have been helpful (I kept thinking something was wrong,and I wasn't going to be able to make my purchase that day.)? Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

When i was shopping for my latest vehicle i came across what i was looking for online. The price was good along with the year and milage. I met Joe the day i went to look at my jeep and was very satisifed with his service. When im in the market for another one i'm sure i'll go to tunkhannock auto mart again..
