2008 Honda CR-V

Thanks to Andrew Medeiros, I now own a 2008 Honda CRV and I love it. Andrew bent over backwards to find a vehicle I wanted. From helping find financing to going to my Insurance Company for that necessary Stamp of Insurance and inspection. As well as the RMV for plates. On top of that my car was fully serviced, new tires, full tank of gas, and Ralph's Auto will continue to service my vehicle. I ended up with a great rate, affordable monthly payment. Ralph's Auto get a "10" in my book. Sincerely, Anne

OutStanding Automobile Dealership

I had been looking for an auto for about five months, and had been very disappointed with my search until I answered an ad online (cars.com) from Ralph's Auto Center. I had found Ralph's Auto Center's website which read: "Great pride has always been taken in the quality, appearance, and authenticity of all of the vehicles we sell. This applies for the vehicles we service as well. When you purchase a vehicle at Ralph feel confident we will treat you as family." Well, at Ralph's we were treated like FAMILY!! From the start, I was PLEASED by the outstanding customer service received from their sales rep Andrew. He went BEYOND 110% to help us with an easy transition. We could tell they take great pride in the cars they sell! The car was exactly like it was described in the ad (with many pix) and it came with a Carfax, which was the icing on the cake! ;) Andrew let us know that every vehicle goes through a 125 point inspection before it is out for sale to the public. I was looking at cars on the lot, and from a autobody/paint/mechanic's point of view, all of the vehicles that I saw were in good shape for used cars. This auto center does NOT carry junk! Ask for the Carfax. My wife and I felt very safe and were happy driving our new used car from Ralph's Auto Center. We would both recommend this dealership to our friends and family. If we were to purchase another auto, we would not hesitate in going back to Ralph's Auto Center in New Bedford MA. No matter how far a trip to Ralph's would be, it would be worth it!!

Second good experience

I had a second good experience when I needed to follow-up with a obblein my steering wheel after the tire rotation. They checked to be sure there was nothing they missed there wasn and they straightened a dented rim a bito charge. Still a tremor in the wheel. They determined it must be a problem tire, and it wasI never noticed the bad tire as it was in the back before the rotation. Luckily, my tires have road hazard insurance. Your guys could have kept roubleshooting causing me to pay for unnecessary exploration, but again, they were honest and suggested I have the tire checked/replaced before they dug any deeper and began charging. In a world where too many service agents take advantage of a customer lack of knowledge, it is refreshing to find straight talk and real honestyreal peace of mind. Thanks again! Keep up the good work!

Yesterday's Service: A+

Hello All I used my imelightcoupon for an oil change / wheel rotation yesterday (10/11/12 at 2 p.m.), and I so pleased with the service I received. The service began right at the time you scheduled me for, and when it was about to run past the time you quoted me, it was only because the technicians were replacing some badly rusted screws for the tires. This attention to my future safety (and the ability to get the tire off & on in the future) was much appreciated. The technician showed me and educated me about the problem, and was so courteous. The two techs seemed be working hard to get it all ust right as I noticed the senior tech carefully instructing tech working hard on my wheel. Peter at the service desk was great, too. He was friendly from the first call I made il the moment I left the service center. He answered any question I asked him with patience and professionalism, made sure the synthetic oil I brought was used, and then stored it (tightly sealed) back in my car. He even pointed out my need for a new wiper blade. I am only sorry that I haven been coming here all along, as everyone dealt with me fairly and honestly the way we always wish we be treated by a service department. Thank you for a good experience!
