I brought many veihicles and love the small town welcome at this dealership. but sometimes people just have a rotten day !! out of all the years buying and servicing my veihicles there since 1997 I finally ran into a bad day their at work. lets just say i wasn't happy at all with my service being done. Tom the owner took care of my service being done right. with a check reinbursment !!! Tom stepped up, Thank you !! sales people are super great their and up front on sales. as for the service department, it hurts me for what was done to the veihicle. time will tell about how i feel when futcher services are ready to be done. I understand that time is money. but my money diservers good work too!!

AVOID THREE OAKS FORD AT ALL COSTS!
I am not sure what happened to my beloved Ford Dealership in Three Oaks, Michigan, but not long ago (pre-covid) it was a GREAT sales lot with a wonderful service department. That is no longer true. My family purchased 4 cars from them over the past 8 years from helpful sales guys and had all major service and most oil changes, tires etc provided by them as well. A former fabulous mechanic and service manager named Steve, was always respectful, responsible and efficient. Sadly, we discovered that Steve and others on his team have been replaced by the most disrespectful and inefficient service team we have ever encountered. An incredibly rude pair of "managers" provided thoughtless and inaccurate service on our F150, never checking the 5 minute online instructions (website printed on the box) to program the item they charged us to install. Blaming the failure on us for not instructing them in the basics of customer service. Now we have to take it to a Ford Dealership further away to UNDO what they did and REDO it correctly. We had plans to replace our current truck with a $60k electric this year, but we will NOT do that in Three Oaks. We may actually consider a different brand altogether based on the experience we had today. I am deeply disappointed in the new version of this once reliable local business.

every time I bring in my car theirs a problem
Everytime i bring my car in for just an oil change they tack on at least 2-3 different things that need to be done trying to get me to believe that needs to be fixed. not going back here. I'll have my mechanic perform all oil changes from here on out

A Great Experience in buying a New Car
Nice friendly facilities. My Sales person was very helpful with explaining things to me. He was very nice and I really like him. He really tried hard to find the car I wanted, I would highly recommend Three Oaks Ford, and Dale Dodge.My best experience I ever had that was excellent .

Great service from top to bottom
Stumbled upon a car I really liked at Three Oaks Ford during a random stop after business hours. Went in a couple days later and left with that car. Right after I pulled into the lot, a salesperson met me outside and asked why I made the stop. From there the whole staff was very accommodating, especially considering it was my first solo purchase of a car. I felt comfortable going through the process every step of the way. Really, really glad it all worked out at this dealership rather than somewhere less personable. I'd come back again and definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful buying experance!
Saw a vehicle from the web, asked for availability, got an email back with minutes. Spoke to a rep to setup a test drive. A few hours later I was out the door!! No pressure, honest, best buying experience I've had with cars & dealers! I would good back, and recommending friends & family.

Friendly expert staff!
Wonderful people in a non-pressure atmosphere. They actually listened to what I wanted and were patient dealing with my many different swings in what I wanted or could afford. It worth the drive there if you are interested in buying a car.

I think they spend their money getting quality cars for people instead of having a designer showroom - I drove my car for a month and had it checked out by my mechanic before I wrote this review. I got the best deal ever!!!!

Excellent Service and Super Customer Service
A couple of things. I had an excellent relationship with my dealer in Roselle, IL before moving to MI. They were my gold standard. However, I am changing my opinion a bit. Three Oaks Ford has be very responsive to my needs. When I moved here, I dropped in for an oil change. While there I mentioned I was looking for a used pickup and gave my specs. I left my name with sales manager. A few weeks later they called and the purchase was very quick and painless. Recently, I stopped by my old dealer in IL and got an oil change and vehicle check out. They said I needed an alignment and indicated where it was needed. Well, when I returned to MI, I had Three Oaks Service department do it. They found that, yes, the car needed an alignment, BUT, much different diagnosis than the IL dealer. Three Oaks was right on the money and did a super alignment. I am sold, the are now my Gold Standard Dealer. Good people to deal with and honest!!
