Outstanding Service!

I had been looking for a new Mustang, either new or pre-owned. I had been to many local dealerships and was hesitant to go out to Windsor. I'm so glad I did! Anthony-the manager- contacted me and said Easton Lawson, their Mustang specialist would be reaching out. We set up an appt and he was fantastic. Everything you want in a salesman. Friendly, courteous and above all, very knowledgeable about the cars. I did choose a convertible and the whole buying process was very smooth. Easton knew I was nervous and he made sure all my answers were answered. The service was above the norm. For instance- the car only had one key which he did not realize at the time of the sale. He made sure another key was ready- and these are those fancy "keys" now a days. Not like going to the hardware store. Another nice touch- I left in my new car with a full tank of gas. Overall- excellent dealership!

great test drive of Ford F-150

Went in to test drive an F150. Mark Newcomer was very courteous, informative and went out of his way to help. No pressure to buy, just went for a ride. Beautiful truck, very well built and quiet. I'll be heading back when I'm ready to buy

Fantastic leasing experience!

The entire leasing process couldn't have been easier. We loved dealing with Mark Newcomer-so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on a beautiful Ford Edge and were frankly treated like family! Five stars!

Best service I've received at a dealer ever

Went in to look at a Ford Fiesta st, other dealers that I went to did not treat me with respect and didn't take me seriously as a car buyer. The guys here were great and I ended up getting the exact color and package I wanted within a day! Can't recommend them enough.

Simply the Best!

Okay folks, here is the deal... We went purchased a new/used Explorer from the folks, here at Mitchell Selig. We are so thrilled with our new investment. More bells and whistles included in the price than ever expected. Dwight Harrison was our sales guy and did an excellent job. We kept him hopping and he showed us three different Explorers in 100 degree heat. Even introduced us to his mom... (Dwight knows what this was about) who was as awesome as he is. Thank you for your car sales service Dwight, and to you for Serving our great Country as a Marine, God Bless! We wanted a trailer hitch installed. The hitch was ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Then a loose tail light connector made another trip necessary.... Mitchell Selig is only a 15 minute drive from our home, but I must remind everyone of the old saying - you know, the one about the "Grass being Greener". During our search for a car, we visited a lot of dealers and web sites. And you know what happens nowadays once you give someone an email address, it is like you won a million dollars and the relatives start calling. Well one of those dealers was still contacting me after we picked up the car at Mitchell. I told them we had made the purchase elsewhere, but asked if they would service our Ford if necessary. This was a sales rep, mind you, "Of course our service center would love you as a customer". Okay, here is the greener grass I was talking about. This Ford dealer is about a half mile from our home. Won't give the name, but I live in Glastonbury...... (LOL) I called this FORD dealer in Glastonbury, or tried to. The menu doesn't seem to allow you to talk to a receptionist. It gives you a bunch of service techs names and extension. So it was hit or miss if you got through to anything other than a voice mail.. After three voicemail requests, I decided to drive the half mile to the Dealer in Glastonbury.... This beautiful totally renovated building had room for several reps, but only one was at his station and he was busy putting remotely controlled shades across the showroom windows. Finally I spoke with a rep, who referred me to someone to make an appointment. That person asked me the phone number on the vehicle purchase. That was my mistake.... I would have to wait until Friday. So after an hour and a half of time spent calling (trying to) the Glastonbury FORD dealer and waiting in line, I returned home. I arrived at Mitchell Selig Ford this morning at 7:05 a.m. and was back home in Glastonbury with my tail light fixed by 8:15 a.m. Kudos to Mitchell Selig Ford!!! They truly "Get It"! Folks, the grass surely isn't greener all the time.

great truck advice and confidence in a dealership

We took a day off work to visit 4 dealerships in the local area. The first dealership was good but they did not have the truck we were looking for and didn?t seem to want to do any searches to find one. The second dealership was your typical ?stereotype? salesmen. We walked out of this dealership after 30 minutes. Not feeling very enthusiastic from our first two visits, we pulled into the third dealership, Mitchell Selig Ford. We were greeted by a car sales person who asked appropriate questions and decided to refer us to the expert truck salesmen ? Sean. After discussing our situation and needs we were delighted to hear Sean?s answers. After an hour of discussion, we were sitting down with Sean and Scott (sales manager) to discuss numbers. If you are looking for great truck advice and confidence in a dealership, Sean at Mitchell Selig Ford is the first and last place you will need to go.

Great deal

Great price, no pressure to buy. Went in for oil change came out with a new car. Dwight helped me get to a price I was comfortable with, and the rest was history. Really happy with the end product, and wifey is Really happy with her we car!!
