excellent experience with Mr. Dwight Harrison by Harry Werner from N. Granby, CT | June 1, 2016 We wanted an F150 and a friend connected us with Mr. Dwight Harrison. He contacted us promptly, listened to our request and met with us a few days later with exactly what we were looking for in a truck. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very articulate and patient in answering our questions. Within 2 hours, I drove out in our truck. Dwight Harrison is a gentleman and a true professional and I recommend him to any new or used car buyer.

Rodney Franks at Mitchell Selig Ford
We recently bought out our lease on our 2013 Ford Explorer and worked with Rodney Franks at Mitchell Selig. Rodney worked hard to help us get where we wanted to be so that payments would be comfortable. The staff felt sincere and eager to see us satisfied; however we were a bit disappointed when we finally picked up the vehicle that the Service Dept did not wash or vacuum the car. The general manager promised that we could make an appointment to have it detailed at a later date. We also spent quite a bit of money to purchase the lease and in the process the car needed new tires and some work (it has a LOT of miles on it, we were over our mileage with our lease). While the car was being looked at in the Service Department, which is protocol if you are purchasing your lease, we were frustrated to discover after the fact that the Service Department never bothered to change the oil (as it was due for an oil change), nor did they ask us if we wanted the oil changed, while they were looking over everything else, so we had to make another appointment to have the oil changed and need to make a third appointment to have the car detailed. It would have been nicer to have everything done all at the same time, but, sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Again, Rodney could not have been more helpful and I would recommend him to anyone, just a bit disappointed with the overall purchasing process regarding the Service Department.

shopping for new suv
my wife and I have been looking for a new suv, we have visited my dearlerships and test drove many models. we even took one home over night. my wife really fell in love with the ford escape. after many trips to several ford dealers I drove to selig ford and met Rodney one of the salespersons working that sat morning. I felt very comfortable with him and the entire process from the test drive to the many questions I had about the escape. Rodney was able to locate the right model and color that my wife wanted and had it delivered to us in afew days. no pressure a very enjoyable experience for both of us. would definitely recommend the dealership and Rodney to anyone looking for a new car or truck. thanks again

My 2016 F150 purchase
I recently just purchased my 2016 F150 at Mitchell Selig Ford and it was the best experience ever! James Moylan took awesome care of me. He went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted. I made several request as to what I was looking for and he did all and more and found the truck of my dreams. Steve Smith the finance manager was also great! Was not pushy and explained everything with details. would highly recommend this locations for your next purchase!

Excellent staff and service
Went in on a Friday to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited,picked up the exact car we wanted by Saturday afternoon.No pressure and got a great deal.Mike,the salesman and Chris,the sales manager were very nice,extremely professional and took great care of me.Handled all the paperwork in a timely manner and made the whole car buying experience easy and pleasant.
