Very good and clean and quick process. Car was bought quick and easy.

Nothing unusual this time but 2 years ago I submerged my car in water trying to ford (what I thought was) a rivulet and they brought it back from the dead!

Decided to explore the Range Rover line and found this dealership in the greater hartford area. I am a "to the point" negotiator and sales and business manager could not have done anymore to make sure deal went through! Professionalism and excellence at its best!! Also had bad luck flat after only 3 wks (tire hit nail) but they had a car delivered and exchanged back and forth to my home within 24 hrs and fixed and returned the same within 48!!! So far although it's early, this is by far a dealership that has excelled at all levels and is exactly what I look for in building a long term relationship with. Staff should be commended and recommend to all !!!!!

The drivers window wouldn't go up. They took it with no appointment, called me later that day with the estimate and it was ready the next morning.
