Great service

Just my first oil change. I lost my coupon but the service depth gave me the special offer anyway The auto body depth was also great in Nov when someone hit my new car.after 7 days!

EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND STAFF!

We asked for a diagnosis of problems we were having before any repairs. After a phone call with the results we asked to come down for an on-site explanation. The service manager and service technician brought us to the car and showed us everything that was involved. Putting the car on a lift so we could really SEE the problem areas requiring service. The technician was very knowledgeable, articulate, professional, and courteous. He exuded a confidence which only comes from extensive training and experience. He and the service manager answered all our questions without hesitation. They let us know which repairs were immediately necessary and which we could hold off on safely. Because of these unexpected expenses we couldn't afford to do everything at once. This was the most positive experience my wife and I have ever had at any service facility or dealership. Thank you Bobby, Nate and crew!

Solid Customer Service

I have owned my LR4 for two years, and live quite a distance from Mitchell Land Rover. They have been great to work with and even pick up our vehicle (and swap out a loaner) when it's time for service. Don Connolly, the service manager, is always pleasant and great to work with.

Great Service and Friendly people.

Took my S60 Volvo in for it's yearly service which was handled promptly and professionally. While waiting in the very clean and cozy waiting area (with complementary coffee and bagels) I had the opportunity to talk to two very informed sales people about the changes and improvements coming in the new Volvos.
