Emma, even though ill for awhile, continued to keep me apprised of the warranty and inspection process. Even enlisting part of her staff (Jack), assisted in her steed. All i can say is i experienced a great level of customer service, which now-a-days is unexpected and totally unheard of. Great job, Emma!

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my truck in for AC work. The dealer had my truck for 4 months over the spring and summer, and it was still not fixed properly when I last picked it up. I was told on 3 separate occasions that my truck was done only to find out the AC still did not work after having to drive 45 minutes each way to get there. The last time they left my steering column completely loose. The compressor they put on blew up after 1 week. Very poor communication from the service department especially Kyle. I would have to constantly call to find out any updates because they would not call me and let me know what was going on. Worst experience I've ever had with any dealership. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience and dealer service ever.

Worst experience and dealer service ever. They had my truck a total of 4 months for AC work and it was still not fixed properly when I was called to pick it up. I had to bring my truck back 3 separate times( the dealer is a 45 minute drive each way) after them calling to tell me it was all set and to come pick it up. The last time I picked it up they left my steering shaft completely loose. I had to turn the steering wheel half a turn before the actual wheels turned. I will never return to this dealer for service or to purchase a vehicle. Worst service department of any dealer I've ever had to deal with.

I'm sorry you felt like the need to post this review almost five months after it was here but you aren't telling the entire story. You brought in your 14 Expedition that you didn't buy here and you had an aftermarket warranty that was involved in the claim. There was an issue with getting parts for your vehicle because some of the parts where discontinued and we couldn't get them aftermarket or from a junk yard at the time. There was metal in the system so the front a/c as well as the rear a/c system needed to be replaced. Your warranty company kept asking for more evidence as to why we were replacing pieces and tried to get involved to getting parts for your vehicle. As far as the steering shaft being left loose, after you took the vehicle it was a few days later before we heard from you about that complaint and we offered to get you right in to look at it. I would have thought that if the steering wheel didn't feel right as soon as you left the dealership you would have turned right back around and had the issue addressed.
