So far so good.

So far so good. Great experience with purchase and personnel. Sales rep. George was very informative and helpful. And Mike very informative with final purchase paperwork and explaining the importance and value on extended insurance warranty.

I do apologize we are still having an issue with getting parts and then getting parts that are actually good and aren't already broken. Between that and trying to find quality technicians that want to work it has been difficult. A lot of techs don't want to be electricians and with the new EV's and technology that is what the tech world is turning into so we have seen a lot of techs retire and leave the field.

I bought a 2017 explorer for top dollar.

I bought a 2017 explorer for top dollar. Thought a smaller dealership would mean better service not the case. Jerked me around for wks with a bad ecoboost. It was probably bad when I bought it. Never recommend them

You bought it back in 21 with 27k for miles on it. You have 79k on it so I have a hard time believing that it was bad when you bought it. You don't service it here regularly you've come back twice in 52,000 miles. I'm sorry that you felt that we should have been able to replace your turbo quicker but on your vehicle it isn't that simple and only certain techs can do the job.
