went in for an oil change, when i approached John Barney he started yelling at me to step back, he was behind a plexiglass window and i was over 6 feet away. he was rude and disrespectful, so i got in my car and left. been dealing with ferrando ford for 25 years first problem. Arlen is great though

personnel and management always are there to make it convenient for both myself and my wife. From the first phone call, when we need service, to checkout, every step is 1st class. The service department is especially the best. Thanks
