I came to Bob Ferrando service department with some major
I came to Bob Ferrando service department with some major truck problems. Arlen has been nothing but helpful and patient through the entire process of a crooked warranty company denying a claim and the list goes on and on. I will never use another mechanic or service department as Arlen and his crew are top notch mechanics and stand up guys. Thankful for them in many ways.

The whole transaction was really easy.
The whole transaction was really easy. Super good people there! I didn’t really get the financing I had hoped for because of the age and mileage on the truck but it wasn’t really the dealer’s fault. The only thing I would say is someone could have walked through how to operate everything on the truck like shifting into 4x4 and other nuances of the vehicle. I came to a Ford dealer to buy a used Ford to take advantage of that knowledge of the product. One of the sales guys did help me find out what the master door lock code was and I was super grateful for that. The truck I bought runs so great! I had to drive it 150 miles home and it was so nice and smooth. Really awesome truck!

I was missing a bolt on the steering stabilizer after it
I was missing a bolt on the steering stabilizer after it was replaced under a recall. I had a coolant leak I found after it was dripping from the frame rail and created a puddle. No one told me that it had a coolant leak. I was told by the service writer that they don’t tell everyone everything that’s wrong with the vehicle. Since I was in for an oil change and fuel filters on my diesel truck that’s all they worried about. the service writer told me that people get mad when they nit pick every thing that’s wrong with the vehicle, and since my truck has almost 200k miles they weren’t concerned. A coolant leak is something that a customer would want to know about. Since they don’t seem concerned with serious problems on customers vehicles I will take my truck elsewhere for service. I will likely not take my truck to Ford any longer. I have used ford for 90% of the services I have had done to it and that ends with this experience. If I do go back to a ford dealer for service I will not take it back to Ferrando.
