Napleton Lincoln of Glenview

We stopped in to see the 2016 MKX and we were helped immediately by Tom, he educated us and we received the information we needed while having a comfortable experience.

I am the proud father of two twin boys in their toddler years. My previous car broke down on the side of highway I-90 with my wife and kids inside. Prior to that we test drove a relatively new lincoln MKX with the Glenview Lincoln dealership only a few weeks ago. When my wife called me stranded, I first called for a Tow service and then called the lincoln dealership I visited a few weeks ago and told him i would be needing that MKX. The Sales guy went above and beyond, he told me to cancel the tow service and that his boys would go out and rescue my family and bring them to the dealership. Once there they bought my old lincoln and then got me a phenomenal deal on the car I wanted. Couldn't be any happier!

I cant say enough about my new car I love it, but the people are great well, very helpful! Joe Ryan was super! He made the final signing of our paperwork easy & explained everything! It was so great to have someone be on his game & explain the details. Will recommend & go back again. thank you

I was shopping for a new mid sized car that got great gas mileage , I researched the mkz hybrid on line saw it meet my needs . Searched on line found Napleton Lincoln because of all the positive reviews I drove over 50 miles to get what they had in stock , The salesman Tom was very knowledgeable and the General Manger Nick worked with me to meet my budget , I actually ended up leasing it because he cut my payment nearly in half !!!! My husband has been wanting and MKZ since 2012. His Cadillac is toast- SO we decided- despite having to try to pay our 2 daughter's way through college- that it was time to buy a new car. We decided to write a review after coming in because the salesman we worked with was so helpful it blew us away. Instead of trying to empty our pockets he worked with us and not only got the price down- BUT he hooked us up with some great rebates that are going to be really helpful due to the girl's college payments and what not.
