Fast fun and simple!
I called in to check the availability of a vehicle, and from the first second I was hooked. Sean, the internet sales manager, was so excited and fresh when he was on the phone, it was add for me not to get excited as well! He was informative and educated on the product, and anything he didn't know he quickly found out for me. After setting up a time and date to stop in, Sean greeted me at the door and introduced me to his product specialist Matt and his new car manager Nick. Both were quite pleasant and the whole experience was a breeze. I would recommend this store to any and all looking for a no pressure, no hassle, friendly, and fun experience. Thanks guys!

scammed
Purchased a certified MKZ Lincoln online with a great price and low miles. I was told the dealer would pay for my cab fare from midway airport the day of delivery. I arrive to sign paperwork only to find a extra 685.00 added to the price of the car for the 200 point inspection to certify the extended warranty. I left after purchase to drive 249 miles back to Michigan with confidence that the car was like new and without my 96.00 cab fare that was part of the deal. Arriving home at slower highway speeds I noticed a wobble in the front end on curves. I called Great Lakes Ford of Ludington to schedule a service and was told to check for unbalance of tires in the front. I proceed to Belle tire to have inspection only to find driver left tire rim has filler and paint overspray from a bad repair job with cuts and chunks in sidewalls of LF,RF,LR tires. Dealer covered up tires with black tire dressing to hide flaws from my inspection. Dealer sent me home in a car not safe for driving all the way back to Michigan. Now I am out 843.00 dollars for tires and the cost of a new rim. The car should not have passed their 200 point inspection. No response after contacting the Napleton Lincoln of Glenview.

Amazing Dealership!!!
We just purchased a car from Peter at Napleton and couldn't be happier. The entire experience was fun, no pressure, they answered all our questions, were fair and gave us a great deal., what more could you ask for. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Kirk was great, Joe was so helpful. The detail guys were super nice too. We are definitely going to refer all of our friends to Napleton and we will surely be buying all of our future cars here.

They scratched the driver seat by key or pen and they don't want to repair it although the car still under warranty

Professional and Courteous
I came to this dealership from out of town due to a car I saw on line. From the first contact I had with them they were helpful, professional, and courteous. I ended up buying the car and the sales transaction went very smoothly. I am very pleased. This is a quality dealership.

Thanks Mr. Napleton for the email chat, and to Kirk, Al, and Sean. You made purchasing a car the fun it should be for us. Great facility, professionalism, and buying assistance. May even see Kirk at the summer car shows. Seems to be a real car guy and my enthusiasm has also now returned. Not sure how many dealers I passed getting to you, but it was worth it and hope to be back soon with mom for her new car. Now out of the European cars that I'm convinced are designed for European driving in places where everyone probably services them so maintenance is what it's supposed to be, basic, rather than a sales event. Perhaps nostalgic, but buying a new car was always a traditional joy. Thanks to the Lincoln quality, luxury, value, styling, and the people at Napleton. If anyone cares to chat you'll know it's me because I'm the one smiling again enjoying the driving and the distinctive styling. At last, enjoying cars again. Thanks guys. Mike
