I met Don Marquardt several months ago while having my 2009 Lincoln Town Car serviced. He was like a friend right away and also took time to show me some cars when I wasn't looking for one. Took my car in for regular service. Found out it needed new battery and tire rotation. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The service staff are friendly and very helpful.

Nice Dealership
2011 MKX, the service was great as always the service department replaced the faulty front tire sensors and changed the oil. Yes the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Great Sales team, Terrific Service Staff
This is my second Lincoln Navigator purchased from Napleton Lincoln. The Sales Consultant, Don Marquardt was great again. He helped find the right vehicle and worked with management to put together a great deal. The Car delivery was excellent and my impression of the 2015 Navigator, with only driving it 3 days, is that it is better than the previous four Navigators I had.

Review of recent service
This is my second car purchased from Napleton, first a Mercury Grand Marquis, now a Lincoln MKX. I was a long time customer at Napleton in Park Ridge, Illinois, and now am going to Napleton in Glenview, Illinois. The facility is new, and they gave me the grand tour! Since my car was in for routine service, I had a chance to look around and chat with staff. Nice! The service department found an unexpected problem--a rodent nest in the engine! They had to add several hours to my wait time, so they gave me a beautiful new 2015 Lincoln MKC as a loaner. Wonderful! I have always been happy with Napleton's service. I like that they take the time to explain a problem, or suggest a helpful service, and give me the facts so I can make a decision. I also appreciate that the sales staff is not condescending and does not talk down to me. When considering a new car last year, they gave me facts, time to look around, ask questions, and read literature before making such a large purchase. I hope they will be around for a long time. :)
