Never had such a well round car buying experience!
I had a wonderful experience coming into Napleton Lincoln. Ira was able to answer all of my questions with detail and even offered advice and suggestions. The car I wanted was located and promptly ordered. Tim gave me a call and gave me all the details I needed. Additionally, instead of working around the dealer they wanted to work with me. Instead of wasting time they sold a car that was impossible to refuse. This was a fantastic experience and highly recommend Lincoln Napleton to everyone.

Painless Purchase
Buying a car can be a long painful process but not at this dealership! Brian Magee & Kirk Wolf made buying here a dream! No typical haggling back and forth, we felt they were honestly working to get us the best deal possible. Brian Larsen also was more than pleasant to work with when we got down to signing all the financial papers. Would we buy from Napleton again? Absolutely, we drove 60 miles round trip to purchase there and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys, we love our beautiful new car!

Great Experience
We just leased a new 2019 Lincoln MKZ. We had a wonderful experience at Napleton. Everyone was professional and, more importantly, personable. There was not an an ounce of pressure. Brian Larsen in Finance was great as well.

Very clean and nice facility. I dropped my car off for routine service with Johnny H. I had breakfast at walker brother and was texted when it was done. Great staff and I’m very happy with my vehicle.

Good people, good service. Great deal
I bought a 2019 Navigator. Peter was outstanding. He took time to explain everything about the new Navigators, and worked with us until we found just the right vehicle for us. I don’t think we could have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I highly recommend Peter and Napelton. I have been coming to Napelton for service for many years, and now that I have purchased a new vehicle there I can say they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Keep up the good work.

"Service too slow"
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Lincoln MKX AWD 4DR Select. Unfortunately, after 3 days I found out there are major defects on Panoramic Vista Roof (shaking) and Channel back-door hatch is leaking. Despite multiple follow-ups with Johnny, Michael of the Customer Service, Sales Manager and Matt Hasselquist, it took them one month and 10 days to repair the major defects on the vehicle. I called Johnny of the Service Dept. this morning (July 16) and he told me that the vehicle is ready for pick-up. However, while driving home with my wife from the Dealer's office this morning, we found out that the seatbelt adjuster on the passenger side is not working properly. So I have to go back again to the Service Department for this new issue.... William G

Service made easy
I recently needed tires on my Lincoln after an unfortunate event. Johnny turned a bad situation into a good one and I left with my car ready for my road trip. I really appreciate the service Johnny provided me with it will keep me coming back.

seemless process
I must say Johny is by far the easiet to deal with when bringing my car in for service. I can say that anything that he recommends my car needs he also prepares me for repairs down the road instead of pushing to get it done right then and there. Johnny gives me options as to what is most to least important to service on my car and offers to show me on my car. Cant beat that kind of service
