In and Out

Brian was a pleasure to work with and made sure I got the best deal possible. They got me in and out pretty quick on a Saturday so I could enjoy the rest of the day with my newer vehicle.

poor communication, rude, less than honest

Dont waste your time here! Poor communication, rude, less than honest, pulls tricks. Dealer could care less about your time. Dealer thinks they are doing YOU a favor.

I appreciate the time Johnny Hackl in service took to go...

I appreciate the time Johnny Hackl in service took to go over what my car needed before my road trip. He did this without making me feel the pressure of additional work that was needed to be safe on the road. Keep up the good work and I hope napleton appreciates all you do because I sure do. Poorly Run

No loaners? Buy an Infiniti instead. MUCH better service. Freezing in here! I made an appt 5 days in advance and requested a loaner. Last Lincoln I’ll buy.

Worked hard for my business

Great Sales Team

I have brought many cars over the years from different dealerships and and walked away from a lot of them because of the sales team. This is the team you want to go get your next car from. It started with the salesman Brian Magee. Call and ask for him. You'll be glad you did. He knows how to talk to you from emails to sitting down and working out the deal, without any pressure and coming up with a price that I felt comfortable with. I'm sure I wasn't easy for him to deal with. This is the salesman you want to go work with. I also want to thank Kirk Wolf the General Sale Manager for closing off on the deal. Go see these two. T.

Great buying experience!

I'm very happy with my new SUV and the buying experience at Napleton Lincoln. Everyone was wonderful Tim Bernard, easy to work with. I appreciate the consideration Tim gave me, treated me as a customer and not a women buying a car. I will not be back to Field's, underwhelming experience after being a long time customer. This was a fantastic experience and highly recommend Lincoln Napleton to everyone.
