Awesome service

Johnny Hackl gets 5 stars from me. He made sure I knew what was up with my car the whole time and explained the importance of factory work. I will make sure he helps me moving forward made it real easy

Maintenance

I would like to start with that I love my car and i want to keep it in good working order. With that I believe Johnny will help me do so. I was very happy with the customer service he provided me with detailed explanation of what my car needs and why I need to have it done. Having all of the information and breakdown of costs made me feel at ease investing money into my car. Great work Johnny keep it up!

Great Customer Service

The Team at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview is phenomenal! I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership and both of my experiences were exceptional. The Sales Staff is incredibly helpful and isn't pushy. The Service Team is prompt and is always available for questions or to schedule a service. The entire Staff is always pleasant and overly nice! You will receive the 'White Glove' treatment at this location!

Easiest visit

I was overdue for regular service on my car. Johnny Hackl was very helpful and got me in with out an appointment kept me informed while I waited and got my car ready for my last minute road trip. I appreciate the quick turn around that got me road ready. thanks Johnny !

New phone

I love my new phone almost as much as my mkz. I am clueless when it came to setting up my Bluetooth I stopped into the service center and Johnny H had it sinked in seconds and was nice enough to show me some features I didn’t realize I had like the reminder for my service. I was able to get my oil changed all in one stop. The service Johnny provided was the best at this dealership

Worst service ever

Unfortunately I've bought a car in this place. It was the worst decision I did. They say the car is certified, what means they inspect everything. So it supposed to be perfect, right? Not in this store. The car came with brake problem, they found out and told me it was a electrical problem. So they fixed, took a week but they did. Another point the car had a lot of screthes and the mirror by the driver side is broken. Unfortunately I think it was my fault also, I wish I could have seen it before, but anyway I came back next day to complain about the mirror and they said it wasn't broke. That's a lie, I just drove to my house, put inside my garage and brought it back next day. And the last complain is the worst one, the car didn't come with navigator, I thought those Lincoln cars all have it, but it doesn't. It really disappointed me and when I told them they said it would cost me another $ 1.400,00 to buy. They ordered it and gave me a little discount for $ 1.200. The problem is they installed a very old version, I am really disappointed and I hope a lot people read my review before buying a car in this location. When I came to pick my car up the back seat was dirty, I think they used my car to carry something in the back seat, because they almost made a whole in my leather back seat and left it dirty. Bad, very bad service!

Quick and easy

I walked in without an appointment and had my car serviced. Johnny Hackl was quick to help and get me out as promised. This type of service is what will keep me coming back thanks Johnny

Best service visit I’ve had!

I bring my car to Napleton Lincoln for my regular service visits. I had the pleasure of dealing with Johnny Hackl this past visit. He was so helpful and knowledgeable he took his time making sure I understood the additional work that was needed. This made me feel more at ease investing money into my car and the importance of bringing it into the dealership. After the work was done Johnny walked me to my clean car. Best visit so far thanks Johnny!

Great repair center and staff with Johnny

I am so pleased with my MKZ! Johnny Hackl in the repair center was very patient and kind to me. I appreciate him explaining in detail how some features work and how to properly maintain my car.

Not your typical Dealership...Customers First

I don't often write reviews and can say I don't believe I ever have wrote a review for a dealership... However, we had a great experience from our Salesman Matt to the General Manager Kirk. I highly recommend this dealership! We have bought several cars throughout the years from other dealerships and this has been, by far, one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. Not high pressured, took time to answer questions or concerns, and the car was well detailed and clean. We had an issue come up after the purchase, not Napleton's fault or problem, and they went above and beyond and paid to have the item fixed! We were also given a fair price for our trade-in! I hope the owners at Napleton Lincoln realize that they have an amazing team of people and it is because of them they have a great dealership!
