Do not come here unless you want to waste your time pending a confirmation on a diagnosis that I?ve been brushed off by them saying it not the problem and had me shell out 8k in repairs for the problem not to be solved they did TRY to correct their mistakes except for the fact the minute I finally got to someone who can help did everything they could to get out of the repairs they messed up so once I have confirmation that the problem is exactly what I?ve been stating sad part is Melissa part of service management I talked to agreed it?s probably my torque converter but then basically got told they fell nothing my car shakes at idle and shifting hole car jerks got told it?s normal like I haven?t had the car for almost 4 years and it didn?t do this till February of this year so if refunds not issued after the proof is provided then I guess I?ll be seeing you all in court

Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection and
Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection and everything else they say they do for the money. When I drove home, I noticed grease and grime hand print on the dash board as well as on the headliner in several places. I left a review when they sent me a questionnaire letting them know what I saw thinking maybe the service department might call me to rectify the problem. Well, that didn't happen, crickets from McGrath service center. Obviously the mechanic who serviced my car made the marks on the headliner as well as the dash board so it would be quite easy for them to discuss with them to avoid in the future as well as contact me and ask how McGrath can make things right with me. Never happened which is why I'm now leaving a negative review. Maybe someone from McGrath will call me as they have my number and discuss options of what they will do for me to rectify the grease and grime on my headliner. I have not attempted to clean it as I don't want to make it worse and I have to believe that they have a trick or a way to clean up their mess. Let's see if anyone calls now as I don't think I'll be going back with this kind of service.

Melissa from McGrath contacted me after this review and did an excellent job at both rectifying the problem as well as restoring my perception regarding me bringing my cars into McGrath for service. She had her detail department take care of it and they too did an excellent job. She also was going to discuss with the mechanic on how this can be avoided in the future for other customers. It sounded as if it was just a mistake on the mechanics part. Thank you Melissa and your team for turning my experience around to a pleasant one!!!
