Very kind staff.

Very kind staff. Staff Worked hard to communicate throughout the process. Great smiles all around. But the waiting was excessive as was the upselling.

They are so patient!

They are so patient! I walked in not sure what I wanted and Dan was able to figure it out with just a couple questions. I have heard not so good things about McGrath, but I am happy to say that was not the case. I am a satisfied customer! They make things clear and simple as far as what they needed from me. I also really love their transparency with the car I bought and the inspection sheet.

They did not fix my issue, but I was still charged. I then took my vehicle to Rydell in Waterloo. They pinpointed the issue, and fixed the problem!

AWFUL PLACE

Terrible place to deal with, charge professional price for work but perform unprofessional work. Left bolts out of my suspension in turn caused me $400+ in tires they don’t want to reimburse. Lots and lots of hidden fees while purchasing a vehicle, very dishonest and pushy people. Would never recommend!!
