Great service and parts departments
The people are so friendly and helpful. B. Davis the guy that greeted me, and we joked about both being Davis. Chris the service tech. very good, recommended I get the calipers cleaned, which I did and hadn't realized it had been that long, and of course the girls inside are pleasant as they take your money. As I waited I checked on and ordered "WeatherTech" floor protecters. The guys in parts were so helpful & great & when I picked them up today two of them came out swowed me how they fit in andput them in. Really nice guys. Great people and service.

Great Sales and Service
Customer Service. It's hard to find that anywhere, but with everyone, from sales to service it has been a great pleasure to deal with you guys. I have spoken highly about my experience there. The sales person I dealt with, most of the time, they are finished with me after the sale has been made, however, Tyler has stayed in contact with me through out the first year. Would expect that to continue.

great service great people
had malibu towed because it wouldn't start, turn over. Got it back quickly, needed a battery, 139$ for battery , did you have to test the battery when it was pretty sure since it was almost 5 years old that it needed replaced? thanks

Great Service.
I started using the McGrath dealers for GM service in 1981.....I continue to be happy with the work they do (9 vehicles total, 3 at the current Pat McGrath). In this case the efforts were faster than expected, the costs right as estimated. My truck has 271, 000 miles. Mcgrath put in a new engine last year and now a new transfer case; I'm shooting for 500,000 miles with this vehicle....all my maintenance is with McGrath; thanks to their work, I've got a good chance to get there.

Great service, fair prices.
Friendly service, fair price. My only suggestion based on service I have received from other dealerships is an express lube service area to cut down on wait times for your customers that are only their for an oil change/tire rotation.

on 2/1/14 went to McGrath looking for a pickup, that's all I ever had, talked with james steffen he showed me an equinox, found a color I liked ended up leasing. everyone there was extra friendly and helpful. I would say they went out of there way to help me get there, they came and picked me up took my dog with me they had no problems with that everybody treated her very well.it was the best experiance's ive ever had. not just in getting a auto but in any dealings I ever had. I wish every where you went to buy something it would be this enjoyable and a special thanks to james for all his help and friendlyness

Truth in Lending..... This is something you should learn...
Truth in Lending..... This is something you should learn about before you get fleeced from this place. Pegasus pay is used here and McGrath gets a kick back on this will that does not set well with me and had I had the chance to review it this GMC would have never came home with me. Dealing here is like a bunch of magic tricks and you will be lucky have your pants on when your done here. Never Again Pat.
