Great Experience!
I went to Imperial at first to look at different vehicles. I had never bought a new car before and was very nervous about the process. I ended up that same day signing the papers for a 2014 Dodge Dart. My salesperson Lewis was great. He was in no way pushing me to buy a car and never tried to convince me to spend more money. He helped me find something within my price range. I then worked with Karyn to do the financial part of the process, which was the most nerve racking to me. She was great! she showed me how to make my payments and feel comfortable about it. She knew the answer to every question I had and even offered to continuing helping me if I needed it to set up payments that would help me pay the vehicle off sooner. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Great buying experiencing at Imperial Jeep
One of the best car buying experiences in my life My wife and I have been looking for a new car for some time and visited many dealerships and by far this was the best customer service. They walked us through our options and never did we feel pressured into anything. In my many years of buying cars this was the smoothest deal yet...(Did I mention I am 80 years old and this is not my first rodeo) Both these young Men, Tim and Joel worked hard and were completely professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend our family to go to Imperial for their next car.

Overall Experience was very good
Easy to deal with I went to purchase two cars over the holiday weekend. The process was fairly easy. The only haggling had to do with the pricing on my trade ins. They were generous.

I have given a great rating as the complete followthru from mr antolini and the dealer ship has been above and beyond!I would recommend this dealershipto all that I know.The car service has also been great and the pricing is reasonable.I fel that the trade that alfred got me was very fair and I made out quite well.

Stars of the Day I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee recently and almost immediately noticed some performance issues with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the Service Dept. twice in one week. The Service Manager upgraded the software on the vehicle in the hopes of resolving the issue to no avail. I contacted my Sales Rep and told him that I didn't feel safe with the car - he told me to bring it back in. The Sales Manager met with me and told me that he "would do everything in his power to make it right". Those were not empty words. The entire team noted above worked with me to make it right. They took back the Cherokee and put me in a different vehicle. They made me feel like a queen. Not one person questioned me or made me feel inept. They were all so polite and nice - they are all walking, talking symbols of 'Customer Service'. I have some new best friends and they all work at Imperial Chrysler.
