I highly recommend imperial cars in mendon ma. I was looking for the right car with the right price, since this was the first time I was buying a car on my own. I went to 5 different dealerships. Finely after being treated like a little kid I went to imperial 50 miles away from my home. I then met Ed Kelly who treated me so nice and with such respect. He made it so much fun to buy my new dodge dart. I love my car and I love being treated like an adult with respect, I will tell everyone I know about imperial and Ed Kelly . Thank you .

Awesome dealer, facility, and sales/service staff. The dealer facility is a nostalgic experience in itself. The entire show room is decorated with relics from the past. Very inviting. The sales experience was unique - not a high pressure sell-truly a negotiating process that benefited both parties. It took about 3 hours, but it was time well spent. Add on were offered but they moved on when I declined some of them. I returned after the purchase for some minor stuff that was quickly addressed. Because my service manuals were in the mail, I was a little unclear on the operation of some features. The Service Dept was very patient with me.The Service facility is so clean, you could probably eat off the tile floors. Imperial made shopping for a vehicle a pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Lou and Lewis were an excellent team to work with.

Ed was very kind and he hooked us up with a beautiful jeep Rubicon. We have purchased a total of 5 cars before we meet Ed. All 5 were purchased from Imperial. We started out looking for a jeep for my son on Easter . Not only did we find him the jeep he bought ( which made purchase number 6 ), we found another for us the same day which made purchase number 7. So Friendly and Accommodating When I first came to the dealership, I was nervous because I have not had good experiences buying cars at other dealers. But two family members recommended this dealership to me. One had purchased a Dodge pick up and the other had purchased a Ford pick up. Both people had great experiences so I decided to try the dealership based on their recommendations. I was so glad that I decided to come to see Imperial. I enjoyed working with Edward Kelly. He made me feel like he was looking out for me and not trying to talk me into a deal. He was accommodating and I feel like he was really listening to my concerns. I test drove a 4 cyl. Jeep Cherokee and wanted to try a 6 cyl. Ed said that was no problem and went out and found the only 6 cyl. on the was being driven by one of the salesmen as a program car or demo. The car wasn't available that day to drive but I was able to drive it two days later and decided to get the 6 cyl. The car did have funny smell once I got inside and noticed the aftermarket Febreeze air fresheners in both vents in the front. I mentioned this to Ed and he had the car fully cleaned and even had a special machine clean the air in the car. Ed was with me every step of the way when I purchased the car and really was a help to me. I enjoyed working with him and will consider working with him the next time I need a car. I will also recommend Ed to anyone who is thinking about buying a car or leasing.

I went into Imperial Chevy as my third dealership. I was very specific on what I needed to do with my trade in and what my budget was, but beyond that, I didn't know what I wanted... Mike was so patient. he listened to what I needed, showed me several vehicles, went back and forth for me on the price that I needed and was great when I was being very indecisive. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership (whom had very fair prices for my trade in and got me what I needed), but definitely Mike. 5 stars!!!
