SERVICE

It was good ,I like the dealership BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR IT (2.5 HRS)

great service dept

I had a dead battery and the service dept. was able to get my car right in, replaced the battery and reset my clock...on the road again thanks to Rick Weaver Buick GMC's excellent service.

Excellent Customer Service

Great customer service and attention to detail from beginning to end of my purchase of a pre-owned Yukon XL. Rob, the salesman who oversaw the purchase from beginning to end did an excellent job of keeping me informed, and I never felt pressured. F&I was also great. The facilities at Rick Weaver are very impressive, but it still feels like a home town dealership, even though I traveled two hours to get there.

Great friendly service!

Engine light was on, called and they had me come right in! Turns out it was the timing belt! Took about 1 1/2 hrs. I planned on taking the car home and washing it, the technician offered to wash it for me! Very nice!

Great Dealership, Abysmal Corporate Support

I can and will recommend the dealership. It is truly outstanding in sales, service and support. Based upon my experience with GM and OnStar, I will not recommend any GM product nor will I buy another. This is unfortunate as this local dealership will suffer because of Corporate ignorance!

Excellent trusted service, once again

I 'dropped in' for service and was greeted pleasantly and promptly, and on my way again within 30 minutes, including a newly washed car. Weaver's also extended advise to me, by phone, during my recent auto trip of 1100 miles to and from Florida. So grateful for excellent, trusted service.

Great Service and Staff

I have not purchased a vehicle since 2004 but prior vehicles have been from Rick Weaver. I have always had my vehicles serviced at Rick Weaver even though they have been out of warranty due to the trust that I have in your service department and staff. I also can't say enough about your sales staff. They made my purchasing experience a very pleasent one most especially Paty Lawson and Joe DePaul

Great service, besides repairs,they cleaned my car

Still often can't read the outside temperature, but I guess the car is designed that way. Heating system working now and the new tires let me climb hills that I haven't been able to this winter. Even though it took 2 or 3 days, it is a relief to have these things taken care of.

Good Service - Frfiendddlydddddddd peopdle

Started the freezing cold day worried about a possible starting problem and ended the even more cold day care free. Thanks to all the good service, friendly people, fresh hot coffee in a clean warm waiting room that Weaver's provided....
