Absolutely the worst experience to purchase a vehicle.

Absolutely the worst experience to purchase a vehicle. I started working with a manager by the name of David who forwarded me to John, sales person. It took John more than a day to reach me. The questions I answered initially were repeatedly asked again. Going back and forth with a tremendous delay in response on behalf of the dealer, and not to mention being completely absent for over 24 hours. This is one of the worst online experiences. Not very transparent and not responsive. Here is the worst part of all, I received a text message today from Jon today stating the vehicle is no longer available. Very unprofessional and unethical. I would seriously think twice before you reach out to this dealer called Rick Weaver Buick GMC….Regards

Rich Burton did an excellent job getting the truck that I wanted. Overall the buying experience at Rick Weaver was very good. They have a nice selection of trucks.

Vehicle went in for transmission issue, came back worse,

Vehicle went in for transmission issue, came back worse, told it was turbo charger, they replace it and under 24 hours later engine light came on, went back to them, told it was oil in inter cooler, charged me out of pocket. Got it back again, went about 30 miles and transmission over heating came on dash, pulled over, had it towed back once again, told it needed a new transmission cooler line, was charged out of pocket for tow and part and labor. Nite this vehicle is only 4 years old and has 45,000 miles on it. Every time it went in it came out with a new problem . Now a week later transmission is acting up once again. Will never go back to Rick Weaver again… horrible service and advisors. Felt the damaged vehicle so it had to come back . Total cost for me was $3000. To date. ……. And they still haven’t contacted me to date … even after there response to this review as they said they would…. No surprise

We have bought all our new vehicles from Rick Weaver.

We have bought all our new vehicles from Rick Weaver. Joe DePaul has been the person we have been dealing with. We recommend him he has been the greatest to work with. If he doesn’t know the answer he finds out for you. Also very patient with his customers. The service department is great!! Jeff and Angelo the service managers always get us in if need anything. They treat you like family. We wouldn’t go anyplace else to buy a vehicle.

Used car staff are always depicted as dishonest and untrustworthy but the sales associates of Rick Weaver used car sales nullifies this concept. My point person was John Bizzaro who did an outstanding job of navigating me throughout the process. I also noted the cooperation between staff members ,if John was unsure of something they were quick to jump in and help him without any negative energy.

Had a very good car buying experience.

Had a very good car buying experience. Our used car salesman John was accommodating and patient with us. We were on a very strict budget and we never felt pressured. He treated us like family. Will definitely go back when we are ready to buy again. Thank you!

Excellent Exoerience!!

I was contacted the next business day after my online inquiry. Salesman, Johnny Bizzarro, was very personable and picked up on which vehicle would meet my needs. The team worked hard to ensure I received financing and the entire process took approximately 48-72 hours before I was driving my new vehicle.

Absolutely Love My Denali Sierra!!!!

Excellent Service

Service received on my Yukon Denali was second to none. Very professional and done right the first time. Angelo and a Jeff treated me like family! Ken and Rick ate two of the best technicians in the business. Moved out of the area a few years ago. Sure do miss Rick Weavers excellent service.
