The car buying experience is great. The sales person is knowledgable about the vehicles that are on the lot. My worry is about the reputation of the service department.........Lithia's service department has a poor reputation in the K-Falls area. I sincerely hope they have changed their service methods.

I wanted this vehicle and asked at an outside sale if they had one. Directed to the dealership where it was. My salesman was on vacation but took the time to get everything rolling, had another salesman work with me. No hours of back and forth, just simple and straight forward. I am a happy customer. Only negative is that the dealership itself could use updating.

Probably the most straight forward vehicle buying experience I've had. The sales consultant helped me find exactly the truck I was looking for at another dealership three hundred miles away and had it in hand and ready for me by the next day. Finance manager was also super easy to deal with. I highly recommend Lithia.
