Corresponded with Marty Rouse, via internet chat, we discussed options on what I was look for, we set up a time for a test drive on a similair vehicle, I liked it, Marty searched and found the vehicle of my dreams. I have had great service from the car salesman, Don Brown, who has been very helpful in taking careof problems, and answering questions. The dealership is very friendly. The Service Dept. has been excellent on getting the vehicle repaired. I rate John Tapper Automotive with an A plus.

Tony Serignese was my salesperson and did a great job of finding me the exact vehicle that i needed. I was in a tight spot needing to get a vehicle but did not want to settle. Tony quickly assessed my needs and found multiple choices exceeding my expectations and got me rolling in no time at all. Great experience

John Goldberg has been my 'go-to' guy for new and used cars for the past 20+ years. He not only understands the customer's needs, but works to exceed them. Excellent buying experience!
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Terry the sales manager. Although we had scheduled an appointment over the phone, when we arrived at the dealership there was no sales staff to assist us and the vehicle was not washed or cleaned out. The sales manager did step up and gave us the keys and let us drive the car. In the end we purchased the vehicle but the price was not correct on the paper work. The dealership called and sent us a check for the difference in the price we agreed to pay. Low pressure and very honest small town dealership!

Disappointed
I would like to suggest that once a vehicle is advertised online and a salesman is working with a potential customer to make a deposit on the vehicle, that the dealer check with all sales people first and not let anyone else (personal friends or relatives) pull the vehicle off the lot and obtain it out from under the potential buyer.
