Disappointing experience at Todd Wenzel Westland

I made an appointment with Shad one of the Manager. My appointment was Monday at 11:15am which was my day off. I did not leave until 7:30pm that evening without a car. I made it very clear with regards to my budget. He quoted me one price that I agreed to call made arrangements with my insurance company and then he ups it $110.00 at the very end and then he says he has to wait until his manager comes in the next and he'll let me know. One of the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Needle to say I declined that offer. This dealership is truly a joke. He never ever went outside to look at my trade in. It's as if everything we discussed had been dismissed.

GREAT SALESPERSON, GREAT RIDE,

We were undecided between an SUV and a truck. After reviewing the inventory, we spotted the Crimson Sierra and decided immediately - that was for us. The rear power window in the cab is an excellent feature. The truck rides great. The design, color, and trim on the outside makes our Sierra a stand-out ride.

Incredibly poor customer service

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was ignored, treated poorly and overall had a very negative experience. I guess this dealership doesn't respect it's customers, particularly women. I do not intent to ever return.

Incredibly poor customer service

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at the dealership I was ignored and treated poorly. Clearly this dealership does not understand customer service and does not value it's customers, particularly females. No intention of ever returning.

Slow service

Service was slow. I had an appointment for 9 a.m. and when I arrived, it appeared that there were no other customers there. I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation, so I didn't expect that it would take very long. I didn't get my vehicle back until after 3:00 p.m. and I had to call the dealership to check if it was ready! When I returned to pick-up the vehicle, it was still slow and it appeared that I was the only customer. Why did it take so long? It was a major inconvenience for me.

Body Shop

I had the hood of my 2013 2500 HD Silverado fixed in the body shop. When I got the truck back not only was the whole outside of my truck washed, but the inside was also cleaned out. Excellent service!! Thank you.

Rude staff

The change is horrible some of the staff is still the same the new staff is rude and very unprofessional I won't be back its like going to buy Nike shoes at Walmart just not a good idea it took 30 minutes just to talk to a salesmen who was rude and took a cell phone call in the middle of talking with me so I left

Great service and prices!

Service is prompt and the oil change price is better than any other shop I've checked.
