I have taken both of my vehicles to your Dealership for servicing. All repairs have been performed quickly and to my satisfaction. Both vehicles have been purchased at Red Holman (now Too Wenzel). The Service Dept greets me by name. My Salesman, Craig Timko has been great in helping me with any questions on any vehicle purchases in the future.

Great Customer Service

Robert was great!!! He really made us feel comfortable, he was very informative and knowledge about the products and I left the dealership feeling like I made a great purchase. He really helped with the stress of looking for a new SUV, a very easy and enjoyable experience. You now have a customer for life!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!!! No call back

So I called used cars and asked about they're we finance anyone, and the sales person was very short! He took my info and said let me see what I can do. Well after not hearing from him for days. I called and again he was short and said I'm still working on it. As to this day, no call back so I gave up.

On the Ball

Just brought my vehicle (1 yr old) in for a scheduled Oil Change. Pulled it right into the Garage and was immediately Greeted by a Service person who said that "Greg would be taking care of me". The Sales Person (Brad Zimmerman) who sold me my Car happened to also be in the Garage at that moment. He Greeted and briefly Chatted with me as if we were Old Friends. Our conversation ended with the sentence "If you ever need anything or have a question or problem give me a call"... Then Greg appeared and was Very Friendly and informed me of the process (Tire Rotation/Oil Change) and how long it would take. He asked if I knew where their Customer Waiting Area was... I said "Yes" but said that I was going to take a short walk for a Burger. Greg informed/recommended a couple of local dinning spots... And I left... My Vehicle was just being pulled into the Garage Entrance/Exit location as I was returning from my Dinner. Greg told me that I was all set and to go see the Cashier. Which I did... She (The Cashier) said that their was "No Charge" and "We will see you in a few Months". Great way to end My Work Day...

Salesman Rick Dawkins was great to work with

Awesome Service

Best dealership around! I usually deal with Dick Dawkins for all my business, since he is top notch, but with him on vacation, his son Rick stepped in to help me find a clean, dependable used car for my son. He took up where Dick left off. Top notch salesman. He kept me in the loop till the perfect car showed up and told me to come in and take a look. And he was right. A like new Ford Fusion is now part of my family's fleet of cars, with 3 of them being Red Holman cars. One can do no wrong by purchasing from Red Holman, and Dick or Rick Dawkins will take care of you, guaranteed.

First Time Buying with a Dealership

I have always purchased used cars directly from the owner; this was my first time working with a dealership and it was worth it! Rick Dawkins made the entire transaction less stressful, as I'm sure he is well aware how daunting a large purchase like this can be even for well qualified buyers. He was friendly, flexible and gave me the feeling that I had nothing to worry about. I work for Quicken Loans, and we believe that the client experience is the most important part of any large transaction, I have high standards for quality service and Rick delivered. Good service

The best experience I have ever had with a dealer! The only bad thing was, someone had to steal all my rims with tires. Everyone in the repair shop was very helpful. The whole office needs a raise. sincerely Thomas F. Cinderich

Buying a car has never been fun for me!

Rick Dawkins changed my opinion of the whole process. He made the process enjoyable and I drove away with the car I wanted. He made the stress of having to buy a car go away. I got straight forward answers and was never asked the amount of the payment I could afford. This dealership is not even close to where I live, but I would travel the distance to seek out Rick. All the numbers were laid out and I felt comfortable with the transaction. It was fun and I love my new used car. Thanks Rick!

judy in used cars will gladly lie to make a sale

I bought a used truck from judy, a 2500 hd She sold me a warranty to use it for my job, landscaping. It did not cover snow plowing.she assured me it does, told me she called them, and were all set. Famous last words of Judy. I pd $800 for nothing, now she won't call me back. She is nasty after she is done with you. I'll never go back, I buy a lot of trucks, she lost me.
