I had wanted to by a car from Pritchards for years. This year I finally did it. I got a great deal on a Dodge Caravan out of Texas that came with an engine guarantee.I literally bought the car without a road test. I was really impressed with the ease at which my purchase went through and the follow up to my purchase which continues to this day. I was introduced to the service dept. personel and have had my van serviced twice since my purchase and have been extremely happy with the service and cost.

I had my first experience with Pritchard's service department just a couple of days ago. I actually followed one of Maguire's best mechanics over there. I was totally surprised by the quality of service that I received there! Everyone was courteous and took their time to explain all the charges. I didn't get a whole list of "suggested" extra services or "uncovered problems" that I didn't even know about. It was a far less pressured atmosphere. I am sure Maguire is trying to find ways to pay off their remodeling/acquisition phase. Quite honestly, I walk into their repair shop prepared to get hassled. I had no idea what I was missing! These guys have been around a long time and I can see how they survive in this monopoly-like atmosphere. They EARN people's business. I will definitely go their again.

The service department took me right in and gave me a ride back to work. Fixed my 2006 Grand Caravan in a day at a very reasonable price . I'm very happy with every aspect of my interaction with them . Highly recommend them for svice or a good used car!
