Excellent car buying experience!

I bought a used Toyota 4Runner here at Lithia in Grants Pass. The whole experience was very positive. I did not feel pressured at all. Worked with salesman Jacob Spiers, and found an excellent vehicle at a very fair price. He also hooked me up with financing at an incredibly low rate. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

Couldnt have asked for more from Shane at LithiaGP

Shane Thomas at Lithia is absolutely amazing. As for being a first time buyer he walked me through everything i needed to know & got me the most, best discounts and warranties also! I couldn't have had a better car buying experience. Making conversation with all the salesman and getting their inputs on everything made it even more delightful. They definitelty made me more relaxed & as confident as ever in my buy.

lithia dodge was an amazing experiance

this was by far the best experience i have ever had for buying a vehicle. i highly recommend stopping by and giving them a shout. you might never need another dealership again.

LOVE ANDREA ---JASON K, NEEDS 2B NICER ALL THE TIME

jason kennendy has always been short with me on the phone, I called to make an appointment and he assumed it was an oil change and didn't take the time to listen, everytime I call I ask to speak to andrea, she is the only one that works her but off. I was there in person and Jason and two other men talking (two men that worked there} not one person responded to me -I was standing in service area waiting for help and andrea was helping 3 people, will they joked around about sports. 10 minutes I waited and Jason could see me the entire ten minutes and never asked me if I needed help. I made a decision not to come back and andrea talk me into coming back. I have complained about Jason being short on the phone with me a couple of times and nothing ever changes.. be thankful for andrea because of her I just spent hundreds of dollors getting my car fixed --thank you andrea for all your hard work and professionalism, I also witness a tech---don't know name but I could point him out, be very rude to andrea in front of me and another customer, you guys need to appreciate andrea instead of working against her. if anyone else witnesses this behavior Andrea please speak up.

Great people

Jason Kennedy is the service advisor at the GP Dodge dealer, He is very helpful and adviseses you what your problems are and what is going to do to fix these problems........he is a credit to the Chrysler corp. Wes Fauver who is the service manager I feel is a dedicated person and is trying to help customers with problems that may arise out of Chryslers screw ups......I feel he is trying to do a good job. and do it with good results for the customer.......

Great People, Great prices

I always like working with Nate Robinson. I have known him a long time. I've found that Nate being a former Marine and I being a former Army-man, we have a mutual respect that can not be tarnished. He is always fair, easy to work with, respectful, and always a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else, in fact, I will be buying a 2017 Challenger from him when the day comes!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

Great experience all around. The staff was amazing and hospitable especially Everett Guthrie who was or sales rep. The selection of vehicles was excellent and they will work with you to find you exactly what you need. Heck they even have us a your of the entire building. Best car lot around.
