I called lithia dodge in grants pass to inquire about a 2014 ram 2500 truck. I spoke with the sales manager who was very friendly and said if I came in he would make my purchase easy, if I decided to buy. I thought that I had heard that before, but when I arrived the sales manager came out introduced himself and introduced me to travis and Josh. Both these sales associates were professional and fun to spend time with. They did not have the truck I wanted but they were able to get it from another dealer 30 miles away the same day and at a lesser cost than I had expected. If you wish to have a GREAT buying experience, THe ONLY salesperson you should deal with is Larry Wiley. Larry makes the whole experience NON stressful and very pleasant. He is always available to help answer questions and help in the service department when you take your vehicle there. I reccommend Larry to anyone I hear is looking to by a new or used vehicle.
