Joe Balesteri is a consummate sales professions & was a pleasure to work with as he stepped me through the Traverse RS options & the buy/lease alternatives as I neared the end of my 3-mos shopping for a 3-row SUV (Kia Telluride, Traverse & Lexus TX). Joe demonstrated the perfect mix of pro knowledge & personal/relational dialog that convinced me that I was in the right Chevy location & working with the right sales pro. (I'd already passed on two other RS's in the weeks prior). Joe's follow up between the purchase-signing & taking delivery day (5 days later) was thorough & unsolicited by me. He took the initiative to reach out & make sure I knew all I needed to take delivery & turn in my trade-in...even drove the Traverse to my NH town hall to take my trade-in, deliver the Traverse & instruct me while I sat in the RS on the myriad of mechanical & digital functions that were either new to me (I turned in a 20-yr-old Solara convertible) or worked differently than my old trade-in. I will highly recommend to anyone buying a new Chevy to go see Joe. Manager Alex, who filled in during one visit when Joe was off, was also very helpful & professional during the buying process.

Great service except that the advertised price was not

Great service except that the advertised price was not the price I paid for. I was charged more and they did not vacuum the car as they were supposed to.

Everyone was so friendly and outgoing and made you feel welcome. The water bottles after in the car makes a great touch and feel like you are welcome and a friend not just a client or customer
