Service

I can say that I was rather Dissatisfied with that fact that you are spending more money now for a oil change and the tire rotation is not included. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not pleased with upswell for alignment when no complaints

Not pleased with upswell for alignment when no complaints and vehicle 1 year older and nothing about operation warranting problems. Also despite alignment and tire rotation one tire pressure low as I drove away

Dear Rncecere, I sincerely apologize that one of your tires had low tire pressure after we serviced your vehicle. Please visit our service department whenever you are in the area and we will put the appropriate air in the tire and make sure it is measuring correctly. Please know that our team members would not have recommended an alignment and tire rotation unless it was warranted. Perhaps, we should have better explained our recommendation. Outstanding

The response was immeasurable. Herb Chambers knew just what to do. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle I had no idea how to get my truck there. They gave me a phone number to a tow company that works with them directly and I got my vehicle there and I got a back in a timely manner the next day. They got right on it and repaired it

no wash

brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation service was great just missed my truck being washed and vacuumed. Hope you consider bringing that service back

Great Service!!

I brought my car in for an oil and filter change on March 17, 2022. I mentioned that it didn’t always start solidly. Sure enough, the battery was going bad. I didn’t expect them to fix it at this visit but they were able to. They were quick, thorough and courteous. Phillip S was great to work with. The dealership treated me very well. I highly recommend them.

Good advice and know how . Caring and anticipating

I met Patrick Wentze in 2020 regarding an oil leak and just came back today from my oil change. He has always anticipated my needs and what needs to be done. Very professional and caring. I always refer to him when I have car needs. MaureenMcNeil
