There was no follow up at all on my service.

There was no follow up at all on my service. No calls, no details on what was done. Car was not cleaned upon return to us. Very surprised about how poor the customer service was.

Inquiring about a new XT5 lease.

Inquiring about a new XT5 lease. Based on pricing reviewed on website I provided a max price preference and I qualify for GM employee pricing. 25 min later the quote was $300 per month higher. Salesman should have stated from the get go the price was not obtainable vs wasting my time and his. The quote process is antiquated and a waste of time. 2nd time this happened at Crestview. Done going back to crestview for new vehicles.

Great experience.

Great experience. Personal attention. No high pressure. I actually traveled further to this dealership as I felt the one closer to my home was too busy and I felt rushed. James was my salesperson and he was great.
