Great experience from start to finish! Friendly, knowledgeable staff made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable.

It seems the whole place is terribly run. Service dept to sales. We are turning our Cadillac in a few months while we were waiting we tried to talk to a sales person. We know we are early but we wanted to introduce our self and give info but the saleswomen didn’t want to bother even getting our info or ask what we wanted Service dept was not friendly or helpful until they saw we were getting irritated

Everyone was professional, and they worked hard to get my vehicle back in a timely manner.

Efficient and quick with the work. Delayed getting in and they apologize for the delay. Got me out the door quickly.

Crestview service has been pleasant to work with, and has done a really good job returning my vehicle in a timely manner. Unfortunately my wheels were scratched during a balancing procedure, which they're going to remedy. The frustration comes when I have to spend time getting the vehicle to and from the dealership to fix this. But another issue required a new part and they expedited the order to get it in quickly, which I greatly appreciate! Overall they have been good to work with.

I want to call out how much I also enjoyed working with Emily Rooney. She wa the first sales person I met several months ago as I was exploring options for my Lyric lease replacement. I met again with her on 7/27 and got a proposal. I visited several other dealerships (Suburban and Serra) and her initial proposal was the best so I returned to Crestview first on 7/29. Unlucky for her she was out sick and I worked with Kara. When I came back in today, I stopped by Emily’s desk to make sure she had heard I signed for the Optiq she initially presented and said that I hope she got credit. It’s sounds like maybe she does not get credit for at least part of the lease and I hope rather can be changed. It would be fair for her to get at least partial credit, she is the only reason I came back.

I had a great experience picking up my car today. Eric, the manager and salesperson, Lauren, were extremely helpful explaining everything in detail. Car was perfectly cleaned with a filled tank. Quick and easy procedure.
