My sales person James was outstanding, he thought out of

My sales person James was outstanding, he thought out of the box and provide a personal video of the XT4 via youtube before I visited the dealership; I watched this video several times as well as shared it with my family and was excited to see the car when I arrived at the dealership. James was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He went out of his way to makes sure I had everything I need. I would recommend him to my family & friends.

Vince Parratto was my sales person, he was great,

Vince Parratto was my sales person, he was great, friendly and professional. Tom in extended warranties was friendly, efficient and explained all the questions I needed answered. The sales manager on the other hand was arrogant and not customer friendly.

Great service and convenient online scheduling option;

Great service and convenient online scheduling option; I’m glad that the service department is open on Saturdays. Complimentary car wash is a plus.

I had a seamless experience from test driving to signing.

I had a seamless experience from test driving to signing. Emily was very informative and helpful. When the new vehicle was found to have leaking fluids an hour after acquisition, I went back to Crestview and they were able to get me into a loaner and fix my vehicle quickly the next day. I was very please with everyone I interacted with.

Excellent Service. Adam King is extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. He guided us through many options to find the perfect EV. Because of Adam we are switching dealerships. Crestview is our new home and the best.

This was the best!

This was the best!! I was using another dealership for service, the availability and service time was always too long. With Crestview Cadillac from my first call they were courteous, got in for service by the day I needed, did a great job of explaining what was needed to be done, and finished it all on time. Will return and I highly recommend them. Thanks!!
