Overall excellent service.
Overall excellent service. My car had a defect which they promptly repaired. The technology technician provided excellent service on how the electric vehicle works. The dealership has not yet provided the time of sale report which is necessary for me to claim the $7,500 tax credit so that is the best opportunity for improvement.

I was surprised the service people were ready to service
I was surprised the service people were ready to service my vehicle as scheduled. It was done in a what I thought was very timely and washed my car. I wish I had asked for help in how to use more of the features.

We scheduled our appointment on the app. We even received a confirmation notification and a text message regarding our appointment.. when we arrived at our appointment, we were told that we did not have one scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, and a check up. The service department acted annoyed, and when we advised that we received all of these confirmations for this appointment, we were told there was a glitch with the system. They didn’t receive our appointment. They stated that they could still take care of our vehicle however they don’t know when it will be done and they’re only open until 3 PM.. We also had a coupon for our vehicle for the oil change, but we were also told that our VIN number was incorrect as it was pulling up a Cadillac CT 5V black wing and we cannot use this coupon because it came up incorrectly. Our car was completed faster than expected. However, tires were not rotated. There was a grease handprint on our vehicle and oil was dripped into the engine.. the cap for the oil in the engine seems to have been broken as well as it’s loose and doesn’t stay on properly. When we picked up the vehicle, I asked about the coupon again and I asked about our VIN number being corrected in their system where we purchased our vehicle I was told the Vin information cannot be corrected, but they would allow us to use the coupon. We purchased a Cadillac for the luxury and for as much as we have spent on this vehicle we expect great client service. This is not great client service and it’s disheartening.. The Troy dealership is closer to us, but we’ve given our business to the dealership that we have purchased from and we are no longer going to take our vehicle there.

The three USBc outlets on the center console didn’t work.
The three USBc outlets on the center console didn’t work. We discovered it the day after we picked up our new car. It took 1 1/2 weeks for them to figure out what was wrong and only resolved the issue after working with engineers at GM engineering. We leased a 2025 Lyriq Luxury 3 and they gave us a sport 1 for a loaner. Not an equal car and being in demo mode, the settings went back to default with each key cycle. The staff is very nice. Brie at the loaner counter is awesome. They have a texting system for communication but only reply about 25% of the time.

Fast, friendly and efficient. They did my oil change and installed a set of mudflaps in record time. They even wash the car when they were done.!
