Emily did her best on the day I bought the car, although

Emily did her best on the day I bought the car, although she did not respond to calls and emails on any other days. She did spend a lot of time with me on the day I bought the car and worked for a good deal for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and adept with the Lyriq and that helped a lot. Crestview gave me a remarkable deal on my new car and did pretty good on the trade in but otherwise the service was terrible. It took me over 6 hours to pick up the car and there were numerous paperwork stresses. I seemed to be the only customer in the dealer and Emily seemed to get no support to get anything done. This is not something I would expect from a Cadillac dealer. I felt like everyone was just sitting around watching me wait. Also, and this seems like this might be GMs fault but it is crazy to me that there is no charging adapter in stock and little information on why or how to get it.

Very technically proficient with my Cadillac Lyriq, and resolved an issue where the car would not communicate with the OnStar app. Ron and Chris are very professional, courteous and helpful.
