Skalnek Ford

We previously purchased a used vehicle from Szott Ford in Holly. Our experience was terrible. So when we were ready to go forward with leasing a new vehicle we were hesitant to go back to Ford, but decided to give Skalnek a shot. We couldn't have been happier with the service that we received from Ryan Marshall. If you're trying to decide between Szott and Skalnek I say Skalnek all the way!

Great customer service with Ryan Marshall with quick results and great prices

Working with Doug was a pleasant experience. Fantastic price on the used purchase as well as the trade in. Did research on autotrader prior to getting in and pictures and deal was as expcected.

Rick, Ryan, and team went above and beyond to take care of my personal needs. I didn't have the easiest situation to deal with but the team there worked with me until we had a mutual deal that benefitted both parties. Thanks to all involved.

This is the second time I have worked with this dealership and I enjoyed the experience both times. I have been to their service department 3 times and they were very clear in the detail of work and fast with repairs. I like how they operate as a group when meeting my requests.

Alex the service tech was very professional and friendly to work with. He worked close with his mechanics to get my explorer in and out of service especially quick, less than an hour from drop off to driving down the road. They gave my vehicle the 35k miles Inspection, tire rotation, oil change and brake inspection. I am very happy with it and I do recommend Skalnek Ford to all my family and friends

At first I was not happy because I wondered around aimlessly until someone finally spoke to me. I made it apparent that I needed to speak with someone. Besides that point it was great. Matt McCormick was my rep and he followed as I requested and did a great job. I will be back.

I dropped my Explorer off before going on a one week business trip, hoping it would be completed before I returned home. Not only was it done in only 3 days, but came in $500 below the estimated cost. Very satisfied.
