I have been a customer of Skalnek Ford since 1977; I have never had an problem that was not solved quickly and satisfactorily. Last Thursday I traded my 2012 Escape for a 2017 Escape - the improvements in 5 years are wonderful. The ride is much quieter, I love the Sync feature and the heated seats. Kaycy Dymond has been my sales person for many years, she is knowledgeable and answered all my questions easily including questions about trailer towing with my Escape. I went to Skalnek Ford to buy a Taurus in December after having outstanding service for my F-250 in their garage. I worked with Ryan but ultimately I was not ready to buy that car. I told Ryan I would be back. I'm sure he's heard that before... In the meantime my service experience for my truck continued to be outstanding here at Skalnek Ford. I stayed in touch with Ryan along the way but he respected my decision and put no pressure on me at all. I told him outright he was going to sell me my next car. Last week after carefully looking at the 2017 Explorer online I decided to buy one. I configured a Sport edition just like i wanted it online at Ford.com and sent that over to Ryan. Simple one-line request. Find this truck. He found exactly what I wanted within half a day. I was not feeling well he even brought it to me! We closed the deal at my own desk. THAT is what I call going all the way! I love my new Explorer. That part is easy. I love the deal I just made with Ryan. My wife and I have dealt with Skalnek on my last 4 Ford vehicles. Our sales associate was Kaycy Dymond, she has always been wonderfull in fulfilling our needs over the years. My next Ford will come from Skalnek and I will be looking for Kaycy to fullfil my next purchase also.

I had a great car buying experience at Skalnek Ford with the sales person Ryan. This was the second time I've purchased a car from Ryan. I told him what model car I wanted and the features I was looking for and he was able to locate the car for me in about a day. He then got all the financing paperwork ready so that when I came into the dealership all I had to do was sign paperwork and drive away. It couldn't have been any easier and he did a great job if keeping me informed every step of the way.
