This dealership did all they could to get me the truck I wanted. Both Kacy Dymond and Richard skalnek spend hours making calls working with ford to try to get me my truck. I would not recommend anyother dealer to go buy a car or truck.

Getting a truck that o wanted was hard to find but skalnek ford made it happen, they found the truck that I wanted with no issues at all. I could of not found any other sales rep better than Kaycy Dymond. She found the truck I wanted immediately the next day. And had me in it that day.

This is my sixth car purchase from Kaycy at Skalnek Ford. Each time has been a really great experience! Kaycy is friendly, knows the vehicle specifics, takes her time to answer all of my questions, explain the details and makes the whole buying experience fun and not stressful. She goes out of her way to be helpful and never makes you feel rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car.

Juan and myself went into the Dealership on January 16th at about 5 PM, to look at the Ford Focus. Mrs. Carels was able to help us, took our information, found out the car we wanted and the package, and worked to get the car in before we could return. She worked with Ford Credit to make sure everything that we needed was able to be explained, and all the options. With Juan being an industrial engineer, he knows about the vehicles, and the two of them worked making sure that he was getting the car he wanted, and she was able to work with me to make sure that everything else that was needed for financing was available as well, and was able to help me find a State Farm agent in the area, as we are moving to Auburn Hills, MI from Florida. She was able to give and tell about different features of what we have on the car, and took the time to call us outside of when we were there as well as when we were there. Thank you, and I would recommend Mrs. Carels to others for a new car, as she will work with you to make sure you get what you want!

My Fiance and I found a 2013 Ford Mustang on their website and made a phone to Rick. We went in and took it for at test drive and fell in love. Lance had us in the paper work process in minutes.
