Great New Car sales service!!!

We recently bought a Ford Focus ST for our son. We had gone to 2 other Ford dealerships and after wasting our time we left. They always make promises and then make you sit while they figure it all out, they should not make promises they cannot keep. Anyways....after going to dinner at Kruse and Muirs (in Lake Orion) we saw Skalnek Ford. We called first thing in the morning and was given Donna Zaner as our salesperson. Donna did an outstanding job getting us the car we wanted. We told her exactly what we wanted. She didn't make any promises she couldn't keep. She will go above and beyond. We will definitely go back to Donna Zaner at Skalnek.

I had a Great experience working with Mike Steffler, he just gets it he listened, professionally acted and never pushed the sale but allowed my pace to pull the sale along. Skalnet Ford rocks!

bad service!!!

I have been dealing with ford to repair my 07 Ford Taurus. After having brought it in for a trans service and asked for some other problems to be looked at I get a called to pick it up. after looking at my recipiet and called to confirm the trans service (the whole point of appointment) the trans services was never done! I asked service if we could reschedule for the trans service to be done I got nothing but attitude. I took my car to be dropped off and had told him that the other problem is still there ($400 in spark plugs and wires didn't fix) I was called back to.come and pick up my car and was tild trans service was done but due not having the same mechanic there (he would be out for a week) that I would have to bring my car back yet again! I scheduled another appointment did the drop off at night due to bad weather coming this morning I called mid day after told I'd.be called and they where just pulling it in and they would call me back I got a phone call back and said it would be about an hour and they would call me to pick up after 2 1/2 hours of not hearing anything I called back to.be told my car had been done and they called me to hear a message of my phone being shut off by Verizon (I don't have Verizon never have) I got my car picked up for the same problem to be there so now I am going to have to call and yet again make another appointment and be without a vehicle again! I am very disappointed I have been very patient up until this point. I am a single mother working trying to cancel and reschedule my daughter's and my doctors appointments due to my car being at the dealership and having to pay people to take me to work and other places while I keep taking my only vehicle so I can sit here and depend on other people to take me where I need to go because they can't find the problem with a vehicle that was made by them!!!! I am very disgusted to know yet again me and my daughter are going to be left without our vehicle yet again! I have seen many problems with food being a bad company to deal with and maybe they are right?

Awesome Service & Sales

Love Ryan Marshall! He is great and his finance manager have helped us and many others! We have purchased 2 cars and leased 1. We refer our friends and family there because we know they will be treated with respect and not pushed into buying/leasing something they don't want or are not comfortable with!

He didn't just sell me a car.

I had a good experience at Skalenk several years ago and decided to go back recently when it was time for another vehicle. I was really pleased with Ryan Marshall. He didn't just sell me a new car (something I said I would never buy) but he sold me on the Skalnek family. He was professional and personal. It was almost like I had my own personal broker. Even my husband ended up liking the guy and the service we got. I already know where I am going when it is time for the next car which appears to be ever 3 years or so for the 5 drivers in my family.
