Fast service -Courteous people- good price on oil change I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed. They said come right down. They got me right in and I was out in minutes. The service department answered all my questions and made me feel like I was important to them. The sales department "where I bought my F-150" acted like they were glad to see me and treated me special.

I have purchased two vehicles from Skalnek in the last two years, and the experience both times has been excellent. Jessica Carels, the sales person that worked with me both times was very helpful, answered all our questions and kept us posted on the status of our purchase both times. My experience at Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion was much more than I had expected! Not only was the whole process quick and to the point, I didn't feel like I was being used to make money. I was skeptical at first but Justin T. Was able to give me deals that most places won't even mention to you (my dad works for Ford). He even stayed after hours to help me weigh my options to make it the most affordable for me. I would highly recommend this place and the person who helped me (Justin T.) to anyone who is a first time car buyer that wants to avoid unnecessary fees/fines.
