We have purchased or leased 13 cars over the past 14 years, 10 from Kaycy Dymond. She is very professional... from sales to deals closed. Very helpful in financial areas to teaching us the new tech instruments. There has not been a question she could't answer. We plan on staying with Kaycy at Skalnek Ford.

Overall my experience was great. I can only give the people @ Skalnek an A+. Douglas Lutz let my wife and I drive any Escape we wanted. Lutz was helpful by answering all question we had. There was a seamless follow up to the registration transfer. I'm replacing fluids and filters on the Escape. Skalneks parts department stopped and found the parts I needed.

The salesman, Ted Coons, responded to my inquiry for an appointment to test drive vehicle right away. We decided to buy the vehicle and in a matter of just 2 hours we were driving it home.
