Brought my wife’s Ford Edge in for rear brakes and

Brought my wife’s Ford Edge in for rear brakes and inspection. Picked up car, immediately noticed spongy feel when I hit breaks. Car was actually creeping forward when I hit the breaks at stoplights. Warning lights go off “Low Break fluid”. Brought car back to dealership. Bleeder was left open. Fixed it correctly the second time….no apologies for wasting my time. I brought the car to dealer to avoid shoddy work on a critical component. But instead was saddled with exactly what I was trying to avoid!

Tyler in the body shop was my point of contact after my

Tyler in the body shop was my point of contact after my 2015 Taurus SHO got hit. He took his time and was very thorough with the estimate and willing to answer any questions I had. Communication was great and after the parts came in they did a Great Job of getting my car back on the road and looking good again!
