Had air pressure issue.
Had air pressure issue. The fix was the tires just needed to be reseat. I was please woththe service. It was fast and easy. Only took an hour.

I was told my car was fixed & two or three times after I
I was told my car was fixed & two or three times after I picked it up it didn’t start, then the service writer is more interested in replacing the 400.00 air filter when my car didn’t start several times after being told it was fixed, very poor service & poor customer service

Jonny and Metro Ford made the process of purchasing a new vehicle as easy as can be expected. Jonny made sure the process moved along and remained friendly throughout the process. The longest part of the process, working with my insurance company, was the slowest part!

The sales and especially the finance guy seemed to not
The sales and especially the finance guy seemed to not know their job. I had a special order vehicle that should have been easy and seamless. I have done this countless times before. Had to drive back and forth often, wasting time and money. Everything was delayed. The finance guy kept trying to sell me a vehicle maintenance package on an electric vehicle. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Even told me he might need me to “sign” something because it is a liability for him with such an unreliable vehicle. This was for a brand new ford lighting. There is essentially no maintenance on a new f150. Rotate tires?? Come on.

Very happy with my purchase experience.
Very happy with my purchase experience. Wasn't rushed through and was given the chance to find what I wanted. Found the truck and had it brought in quickly. Good service staff that make sure your car is up to spec. That have gone the extra mile to correct a fairly minor, but annoying problem, and give me confidence is their service. I plan on getting all my service done here for my truck.
