I have been a ford person for many years. I had a contour, taurus, Explorer, Mustang, Edge and Focus.I went through some rough times with the mortgage collapse and needless to say my credit was not so good a couple years ago. But Anthony Ketchum got me approved with a new focus 2 years ago after I had to turn in my EDGE lease. When I saw the new styles of the cars, I got the "itch". What a great dealership with a great staff. We worked with Dan Kittle who was absolutely wonderful. It has been 23 years since the last time I purchased a Ford. I have purchased over 17 new cars all GM. I had no desire to purchase a Ford since a bad experience with Ford in 1989. I went to turn in my Arcadia and passed a Ford dealership. I thought what the heck I should look at the 2013 Explorer. I was shocked to see how many options I could get compared to my GMC Arcadia. Dan told me to take it home and make sure it was a good fit for the family. After driving both cars that day I realized what I had been missing all these years. The new Fords are light years ahead with the technology they have. We thought no way could we afford something like this. Not fully loaded with Navigation, leather, blind spot indicator, towing package, and the list goes on and on. This SUV can show the weather maps, gas prices, even ski conditions. All you have to do is ask the car to search for what you want. It can even become a wifi hot spot. So I went back to see what Dan could work out thinking in the back of my head no way is this going to work out. Well I was wrong. Dan gave a price that shocked us. Here is the deal. We got a fully loaded SUV with every option for the same price as a middle of the road Arcadia with cloth and limited options. The best part was there was no pressure and no haggling back and forth. When we decided to do the deal it took only 30 minutes. What was really cool was when we got home we got a call later that day from Dan to see how we liked the car. I highly recommend Szotts Ford for your next car purchase.

I have been going to Szott Ford for many years and I will continue to go back. My sales person, Chris Boan is by far the most helpful, knowledgable, responsive person I have ever dealt with. He truly took all the hassle and stress out of buying a new car. He listened to what I wanted and needed and did the rest. Anybody that asks me about my car or where I went, I enthusiastically tell them about Chris and Szott Ford and recommend that they make a phone call or take a trip up to see them. Secondly, I have now had my car for a couple of months and took it in to have the oil change and tires rotated. The service department was very easy to work with and helpful as well. They got me right in and out. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Hers is the deal. My last car I purchased this year was my 4th vehicle that I have gotten from Anthony and it was my 3rd that came from Szott Ford. Every time that I left the lot after getting a car from Anthony I was literally ecstatic. This year I purchased my second Mustang from Anthony. I left his lot with a fully loaded 2013 5.0 convertible with every possible option that Ford had to offer. Anthony spent a lot of time getting me financing for the vehicle. But he had numerous banks at his disposal and in the end, he got the job done. Needless to say, I love the Mustang. It's a lot faster than my other one and I am seriously considering trading it in next summer for a Boss 302. Of course, all I will have to do is call Anthony, tell him what I want and he will take care of the rest. 100% stress free environment and experience. Anthony will tell you he's an artist.
