Szott Ford

This was by far the best experience I've ever had when trying to find a new car. My sister had recommended Chris Boan, as she had purchased a car from him and had a good experience. I contacted him and he was very accommodating with times I could come in to look for a new car. Once I got there, he introduced me to Charlie Carroll, who continued to help with the sale. They both listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me in a different direction. By having both of them help me, it was the fastest experience I ever had; all together the selection and transaction for the vehicle only took a couple hours. I am very satisfied, and I LOVE my new Fusion!

Scott was exceptionally helpful and willing to make the few accommodations I needed. This is the second car that I have purchased from Szott Ford and both times they have been amazingly helpful and nice.

I have always enjoyed the display of vehicles at Szott Ford that can be seen from I-75, however today is the first time I actually went to the dealership. From my entrance through the door until my exit out the door, the service was friendly and professional. Tom Ryan was a pleasure to work with. After a bunch of lying and beligerant behavior while dealing with the Ortinville dealerships, I came to Szott and worked with Nick Riley. He was honest about what he could do with the price, gave me a final price and loan apr on the phone. There were no suprises when I got there and he was very helpful. The loan apr was 2.25% lower than the loan apr quoted by Ortinville. The guy who did the loans knows his job and found a coupon to help upgrade the warrenty I purchased. They provided a great car buying experience.

Your sales person Paul Erickson really needs to be acknowledged for his great ability to assist a potential buyer while giving the buyer all the time and freedom to make their own choice. I truly had a pleasurable experience purchasing my new Fusion. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was shopping at a dealership closer to where I live but the salesperson at that dealership didn't seem to care much about helping me get what I wanted so I checked out Szott's and that's where I met Paul.
