Excellent service.
Our salesman, Richard Alaniz took great care explaining the application process. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Thanks for all your help Richard. Blake Boan, the fiance officer was also very helpful explaining the complicated finance process. He took his time and answered every question. Very personable. Everyone at the dealership had a smile and were friendly. Great place to do business.

Not a happy experience.
I arrived this morning to 8:20 AM and was asked if I had a appointment. I said that you don't take appointments. Apparently they do now, although I wasn't notified even though I purchased my car there and purchased a service plan. Anyway the service advisor said he could put me in at the 8:45 AM slot. He never bothered to introduce himself- I take it his name is Tom because that was on the paperwork. After waiting until 9:55AM I asked about my car and he said appointments come first, I told him I wasn't waiting any longer. He returned with my keys and said my car was out front. He then asked if I wanted to make a future appointment. I said I would when my car is due again for a oil change. He told me it wasn't done at all today So for almost two hours I sat in the waiting room and no one bothered to update me or touch my car. I walked over to the sales floor and asked for someone that could help me with a service problem. I was greeted by Amber Yovich. I told her how upset I was, not to mention I wasn't feeling well, drove a half hour to get there and my car wasn't touched. Amber arranged to have someone drive me home and have my oil changed. John ( the driver) was very nice. My car was returned to my home a hour later. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of Amber, and the driver John, otherwise I'd have given one star. I work myself in a customer service and pride myself on having positive relationships. If I hadn't bought this service plan I'd never return here period.

Horrible service!!
Ashley N. I really regret leaving a good review for lasco previously. Three months into having my car I have brought my car in for service two would be three times now. The first time my engine light came in before I even left the lot purchasing it. The problem is still not fixed and they are charging me. $100 deductible every time I bring it in. They waved part of my last deductible because it was a problem that was supposed to be fixed, now that the problem is partially fixed and I'm still hearing the noise in my front end they are trying to charge me again. If you have to fix one wheel bearing common sense to a mechanic would be to check the other. I would NEVER again recommend lasco ford to anyone!! The service center manager would not recognize that the mechanics dropped the ball on me twice now. I was told by friends and co workers that I should have never bought a car from Lasco and I agree 100% with them now!!! My sales woman Meagan was awesome by the way, but the service center is very unprofessional and are not trustworthy when it comes to fixing your car. If you want to skip the headache DONT Buy from Lasco Ford Fenton!!!!! I can't say the same for the Grand Blanc location because the service center there is amazing, and their practices need to be picked up at the Fenton location. By the way I shouldn't be having these issues with a 2016 vehicle with low miles. :(

The Best Sales People
Andy is probably one of the smartest sales people out there as he really did pull all the shots when he was trying to sell us a car. All the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and kind and considerate. Would go back again for repairs if we lived closer.

Terrible sale skills
Got an email saying they could put me in a new model vehicle at the same payment I was at or even lesser with zero down well guess what that couldn't even come close to what I was paying I would say there email was kind of misleading but they will say anything to get you in the door so buyers beware with this dealership .

Shady
I bought an f-250 truck from Lasco about three weeks ago... the day after I bought it I went to start it up and it would t start. I called lasco they said they would tow it back to their dealership and have it fixed right away. After three days of trying to call them and find out when they were coming to tow it... they said well" were not going to be able to fix your truck but if you tow it here we will give you a free diagnostic". I called them shady xxxxxxxx, and called a lawyer and my bank to see if I could cancel my check... I was t able to cancel my check because they had stalled so long that my transaction was complete... had the truck fixed myself.... the truck they sold me had a 72 point inspection... had all emmisions deleted... which I'm pretty sure is illegal for a dealership to sell... this place is shady I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these guys...

Tried to buy a used car
initiated contact to look at an inexpensive used car, got email quick, and contact from dealer. setup a time to show up and drive vehicle on a Saturday, paid deposit on car. AC didn't work on test drive which they said they would diagnose and fix at a discounted rate if i were to buy the car. diagnosis took place on Monday - they called me at end of day stating AC was fixed and covered by dealer. (all good so far). i was unable to pick up on Tuesday and notified them that I would be in on Wednesday to complete the cash sale. Wednesday am i called to get vin # to get insurance. Wednesday afternoon salesperson called stating the car had been sold to someone else and that the deposit was only good for 24 hours. We and good communication daily and I truly do not understand how this purchase went south. poor policy or poor customer support? (I have previously bought a new car from this dealer where the experience was good )
